The Director, Order Management & Billing Operations is the day-to-day operational owner and subject matter expert (SME) for global order entry and billing. This role owns execution, controls, and performance across regions and ensures order entry and invoicing is accurate, compliant, and scalable.

Reporting to the Global Delivery Leader for strategy, this role works closely with Transformation Lead to implement system, automation, and AI initiatives that are operationally viable and fully embedded into daily workflows.

Responsibilities

· Owns daily execution of global order entry and billing operations.

· Serves as primary SME for order-to-invoice processes, policies, and systems.

· Ensures alignment with accounting policy, revenue recognition, contracts, and pricing.

· Owns OTC controls and SOX compliance for the order entry and billing tower.

· Acts as first line of defense for operational and control risks.

· Partners day-to-day with Transformation Lead to design and deploy process, system, automation, and AI improvements.

· Acts as operational owner for order entry, billing and interface implementations.

· Champions automation and AI, including intelligent order validation and billing anomaly detection.

· Leads global teams, including shared services

· Translates GDL strategy into measurable execution outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· 10+ years in OTC, Order Management, Billing, Accounting

· Strong internal controls and SOX experience

· Hands-on leadership in global operations and system implementations

· Experience managing captive and BPO teams

Preferred

· CPA, Public accounting and/or audit background

· ASC 404 Accounting Standard experience

· AI and automation experience in OTC
