As a Director of Paid Media on the Data & Strategic Insights team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Define and lead the company’s paid media strategy, ensuring our brands win visibility to capture demand.
  • Translate business goals into clear paid media objectives, KPIs, and investment plans. Use data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development of AI-enabled models, tools, guidance, and playbooks that help franchise owners make smarter media mix decisions across search, social, local platforms, and emerging discovery surfaces.
  • Identify and scale opportunities to use AI for media optimization, audience targeting, content generation, and performance insights across the marketing ecosystem.
  • Establish and maintain a preferred agency framework, including partner selection, capability evaluation, and strategic alignment.
  • Use advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to identify emerging demand signals, optimize discovery pathways, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Develop measurement approaches that capture value from AI discovery environments, conversational interfaces, and evolving digital ecosystems.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience:
    • 10 years of experience in media, growth marketing, or digital strategy
    • Proven success leading paid media programs.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing multi million dollar budgets.
    • Proven operational experience building experimentation infrastructure.
    • Experience managing and developing high performing teams
    • Agency and in house experience a plus.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
    • Our office locations are:
      • 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX
      • 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, TX
