To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

UiPath is seeking a detail-oriented and highly operational Director of Partner Programs to help architect, execute, and scale global partner initiatives that drive measurable impact. This individual will be instrumental in enabling partner success, driving revenue and profitability for both UiPath and our partners.

This is a critical global role, reporting directly to the Head of Partner Programs, with a long-term succession plan in mind. The role will operate as a strategic executor and collaborator across functions and time zones, with a focus on operational excellence, program design, stakeholder alignment, and change management.

What you'll do at UiPath
  • Program Strategy & Design: Help design scalable, repeatable global partner programs aligned with UiPath’s evolving business goals, including new product lines, pricing models, and consumption-based offerings.

  • Execution & Operationalization: Lead the seamless development, execution, and scaling of initiatives in close coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Legal, Tax, Finance, Enablement, Systems, and others to ensure alignment and execution of programs.

  • Partner Enablement: Develop tools, documentation, and playbooks that accelerate partner onboarding, activation, and ramp to value.

  • Performance & Analytics: Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor program success. Deliver insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a central conduit between internal leaders and teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and communication around key initiatives and program strategy.

  • Communication & Change Management: Document and articulate program changes with clarity. Lead efforts to ensure buy-in, accountability, and adoption across regions and functions.

  • Ownership & Leadership: Take full ownership of key initiatives and be prepared to independently lead large, business-critical programs. Act as a trusted second-in-command with the potential to step into broader leadership responsibilities over time.

What you'll bring to the team
  • 7–10 years of experience in partner programs, strategic alliances, business development, or similar roles, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

  • Strong track record of building and scaling programs from concept to global deployment.

  • Operational excellence with an eye for detail, documentation, and timeliness.

  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across time zones and cultures.

  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal, communication, and executive presence.

  • Experienced in working with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), Microsoft Suite, and open to learning new systems.

  • Analytical thinker with experience defining KPIs, building reporting systems, and driving performance optimization.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and change; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Flexible schedule to take meetings in various time zones.

  • Preference location: Austin TX, Bellevue WA, New York NY.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
