Anchor recently closed a $20M Series A and grew 500% last year by transforming the $74B services payments market. Our platform automates billing and collections so businesses can focus on growth.
We’re looking for a high-energy, A-player Director of Partnerships to build and scale Anchor’s partner ecosystem and drive partner-sourced revenue. This quota-carrying leadership role is made for someone who’s equal parts builder and closer—skilled at turning relationships into revenue and ideas into scalable programs.
At Anchor, we do partnerships differently. You’ll define a new playbook for how fintech alliances are built, activated, and grown—combining creativity, commercial instincts, and data-driven precision.
Reporting to the COO, this is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in motion, delivers results fast, and lives Anchor’s values: Heart, Grit, Ownership, and Exponential Value.
- Proven quota-carrying experience, exceeding revenue targets through partnerships or direct sales.
- Experience building partnership programs or direct revenue ecosystems from the ground up.
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS, with 3-4 in leadership roles tied to revenue. Experience managing managers.
- Strong executive presence and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Player-coach mindset – strategic thinker who leads by example.
- Tech- and data-savvy, comfortable with CRM, GTM tools, and AI-driven analytics.
- Collaborative leader with a startup mindset – fast, creative, gritty.
- Fintech, SaaS, or payments experience a plus.
- Team-first, no-ego builder who leads with purpose and humility.
