Our advanced technology and machine learning eliminate outdated, manual processes that hold companies back - driving cost savings, boosting efficiency, and enabling smarter decisions.

We combine travel analytics with actionable insights, giving global enterprises the proper tools to view their expenses while continuously improving their programs.

We are the global leader for air and hotel reshopping solutions and also provide “AgentSee”, an AI-powered productivity tool designed to help Travel Management Companies (TMCs) work smarter and faster. AgentSee automates manual tasks like processing traveler emails, booking flights, and managing travel arrangements;  enabling TMCs to reduce costs and improve service quality.

If you are looking for a dynamic, fast-paced, and positive environment and want to help solve a $17B global problem, Oversee is the place to build, grow, and make an impact.

We’re growing fast, with exponential YoY revenue growth and partnerships with many of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies.

Why join us?

As Director of Partnerships, you'll own the most critical growth lever at a company with strong product-market fit and a clear path to market leadership. This is a zero-to-one opportunity, you will design and build a full partnership function from the ground up, forging the ecosystem relationships that will accelerate our price optimization and Agentic AI solutions.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who has successfully built a partnerships or channel program in a growth-stage company and can operate across strategy, deal-making, and execution. It is a high visibility responsibility and will report directly to our CRO.

Come shape the future with us!

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement a scalable partnerships and channel strategy aligned with company growth goals, including a structured partner program with tiers, incentives, enablement, and GTM motion;
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact partner segments across the TMC ecosystem;  booking tools, expense platforms, GDS providers, and travel data ecosystems;
  • Source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that drive revenue and product adoption, including rev share, referral, and embedded distribution agreements;
  • Develop joint value propositions and business cases with partners, and co-sell alongside the Direct Sales Team to accelerate client-level revenue opportunities;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to launch and scale partner-driven GTM motions, equipping partners with the messaging, tools, and support needed to generate and close pipeline;
  • Build and manage senior relationships across partner organizations; represent Oversee at industry events and travel tech forums;
  • Continuously map and expand the travel and TMC ecosystem to surface new partnership opportunities;
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to prioritize integrations and partner requirements, and with Customer Success to drive successful onboarding and expansion of partner accounts;
  • Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operating cadence for the partnerships function.

About you:

  • 7–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with a proven track record of building or scaling a partnerships or channel function from scratch;
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder partnership deals;
  • Strong commercial acumen - you understand how partnerships translate into revenue and can build the business case to prove it;
  • Comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment;
  • Experience in corporate travel, the TMC ecosystem, or travel technology strongly preferred;
  • Familiarity with GDS, booking tools, expense platforms, or travel data ecosystems is a significant plus;
  • Background in SaaS or API-driven products; experience working in a growth-stage company (25–150 employees) is highly valued;
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, you show up with credibility, follow through, and no ego.
