Company Overview:

Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody.  Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.

BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.

We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

The Opportunity:

BlinkRx is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Network Growth to lead the expansion and evolution of the BlinkRx pharmacy network.

This is a senior, full-time leadership role focused on expanding BlinkRx’s national pharmacy footprint through strategic partnerships with independent, specialty, and select chain pharmacies. The Director will own pharmacy network growth strategy and execution end-to-end and work cross-functionally to ensure partner success and scalability. This is an individual-contributor leadership role with the opportunity to build a team as the network scales.

What You’ll Do

Network Growth & Strategy

  • Define and execute the strategy for expanding BlinkRx’s pharmacy network nationwide.
  • Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-impact pharmacy partners aligned to BlinkRx’s hub-and-spoke fulfillment strategy and specialty lite medication needs.
  • Assess market dynamics, pharmacy economics, and competitive trends to guide expansion.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build executive-level relationships with pharmacy owners and senior leaders.
  • Lead complex partnership negotiations and structure long-term, scalable agreements.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to pharmacy partners.

Industry Leadership

  • Represent BlinkRx at major pharmacy and healthcare supply chain events.
  • Leverage deep industry relationships to generate strategic partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory, operational, and technology trends impacting pharmacies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and Patient Services teams.
  • Provide pharmacy insights to inform integrations, workflows, and product roadmap.
  • Advocate internally for pharmacy partner needs and success.

Execution & Metrics

  • Own the pharmacy partnership pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting discipline.
  • Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare supply chain, pharmaceutical distribution, or healthcare technology.
  • Proven success in senior business development, partnerships, or network expansion roles.
  • Established relationships with independent, specialty, and/or chain pharmacies.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and Pharmacy Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presence.
  • Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working with pharmacy GPOs, wholesalers, or manufacturers.
  • Background in healthcare technology or platform-based business models.
  • Interest in building and leading teams over time.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:

  • Expand BlinkRx’s pharmacy network through high-quality, strategically aligned partnerships
  • Increase pharmacy network coverage, activation, and fulfillment reliability
  • Improve network economics through thoughtful partner mix and performance optimization
  • Reduce time-to-activation and friction across pharmacy onboarding workflows
  • Build durable, executive-level pharmacy relationships that scale with BlinkRx’s growth

Why Join Us:

It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.  At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances. We are also the fastest growing healthcare company in the country and are driving that impact across millions of new patients every year.  Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company. We are a relentlessly learning, constantly curious, and aggressively collaborative cross-functional team dedicated to inventing new ways to improve the lives of our customers.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity of all kinds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Applicants who provide their phone number and consent to receive text messages may receive SMS or MMS updates from Blink Health regarding their application.
