The Procurement Director is responsible for designing and implementing OSV's procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures. This role owns the end-to-end source-to-pay process and leads vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost-savings initiatives across the

organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement OSV's procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures
  • Own the full source-to-pay lifecycle: sourcing, RFP/RFQ management, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding
  • Build and manage a vendor/supplier management program, including performance scorecards and risk assessment
  • Partner with Legal, IT, and business unit leaders to review and negotiate contracts (SaaS, professional services, etc.)
  • Identify and execute cost-savings initiatives across the vendor portfolio
  • Establish procurement systems, tools, and reporting to give leadership visibility into spend
  • Develop and enforce purchasing approval workflows and delegation of authority
  • Report on procurement KPIs (savings, cycle time, compliance)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience, including experience building or scaling a procurement function
  • Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Experience with procurement/P2P systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating cross-functionally with Legal, IT, and business leaders
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable cost savings
  • Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment
