The Director of Product Management – Clinical Automation at Greenway Health is a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing the product vision and business strategy for intelligent automation and GenAI within the Automated Healthcare Practice, focusing on enhancing the clinical experience for physician practices. This role acts as a General Manager for the clinical product portfolio, overseeing the entire product and business lifecycle—including strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and financial performance—while leading a team of product managers and collaborating closely with engineering and go-to-market teams. The Director balances clinician needs, market opportunities, and financial outcomes to deliver AI-driven clinical workflows within Greenway’s EHR, ensuring solutions are intuitive, valuable, commercially successful, and is accountable for KPIs such as provider adoption, workflow efficiency, revenue growth, and ROI from automation initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Product Vision, Strategy & Market Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for Greenway's Automated Healthcare Practice and ambulatory care solutions, aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals, leveraging intelligent automation, data, and GenAI to drive customer value and business outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end clinical experience and entire product lifecycle for ambulatory care solutions, including clinical workflows, documentation, decision support, and quality-related capabilities (excluding interoperability, care coordination, and patient engagement), from concept to market leadership and ongoing optimization.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify high-growth opportunities, emerging trends in ambulatory care technology, and clinician pain points, translating them into differentiated capabilities that drive adoption, engagement, and competitive advantage.
- Champion a data-driven and user-centric approach to product development, leveraging user research, analytics, and market insights to inform product decisions and ensure intuitive and exceptional experiences for ambulatory care providers and patients.
- Serve as the executive voice of the clinician and the business, balancing usability, outcomes, and commercial viability.
General Manager & Business Ownership
- Operate as General Manager (GM) for the clinical product portfolio with full accountability for business performance, including revenue contribution, cost management, and profitability.
- Own and manage product-level P&L, including forecasting, investment planning, and trade-offs across scope, sequencing, and resourcing.
- Define, own, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to:
- provider adoption and engagement, provider time saved / workflow efficiency gains, revenue growth and attach rates, gross margin and cost-to-serve, and return on investment (ROI) for automation and AI initiatives.
- Partner with finance and executive leadership to ensure clinical investments are aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
Execution, Delivery & Financial Impact
- Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality, AI-driven clinical solutions embedded natively within Greenway's EHR.
- Leverage GenAI and automation as foundational capabilities to reduce clinician burden, increase productivity, and unlock measurable economic value.
- Make informed build vs. buy decisions, including evaluating, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that accelerate time-to-value and improve financial outcomes.
- Balance near-term delivery commitments with long-term platform investments and margin considerations.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership, flexing team structure and capacity based on business priorities and delivery needs.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization (sales, marketing, engineering, customer support) to drive product initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams to define pricing, packaging, positioning, and lead the development and execution of launch strategies that drive adoption and revenue, ensuring successful commercialization and sustained customer adoption.
- Represent the clinical product vision and business outcomes internally and externally, including speaking at industry conferences, engaging customers, partnering with market influencers, and showcasing product leadership and thought leadership.
- Maintain roadmap ownership while ensuring regular alignment and check-ins with senior product leadership.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success leading product teams in the healthcare IT space, specifically within the ambulatory care market.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing high-impact product strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.

- Ability to connect product strategy to financial outcomes and customer value.
- Demonstrated success driving provider adoption and engagement through workflow-centric design.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
- While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
- This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of the workday
- This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as incoming and outgoing communications via the computer and/or mobile devices
- The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
