General Manager & Business Ownership

  • Operate as General Manager (GM) for the clinical product portfolio with full accountability for business performance, including revenue contribution, cost management, and profitability.

  • Define, own, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to:
  • provider adoption and engagement, provider time saved / workflow efficiency gains, revenue growth and attach rates, gross margin and cost-to-serve, and return on investment (ROI) for automation and AI initiatives.
  • Partner with finance and executive leadership to ensure clinical investments are aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.

Execution, Delivery & Financial Impact

  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality, AI-driven clinical solutions embedded natively within Greenway's EHR.

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organization (sales, marketing, engineering, customer support) to drive product initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams to define pricing, packaging, positioning, and lead the development and execution of launch strategies that drive adoption and revenue, ensuring successful commercialization and sustained customer adoption.
  • Represent the clinical product vision and business outcomes internally and externally, including speaking at industry conferences, engaging customers, partnering with market influencers, and showcasing product leadership and thought leadership.
  • Maintain roadmap ownership while ensuring regular alignment and check-ins with senior product leadership.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
    • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success leading product teams in the healthcare IT space, specifically within the ambulatory care market.
