Near-term focus includes landing early wins and aligning deliverables to roadmap milestones targeting readiness in early 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the multi-quarter roadmap, including MVP scope and post-MVP enhancements.

  • Translate business goals into measurable product outcomes and prioritize features accordingly.

  • Lead Voice of Customer (VoC) activities with target personas to validate use cases and value propositions.

  • Own Opportunity Canvas, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with Data Science and Product Development.

  • Coordinate cross-functional handoff checklist covering product definition, pricing, codes, and training sessions.

  • Establish KPIs for adoption, win rates, ACV, model accuracy, and customer outcomes; iterate roadmap based on evidence.

Deliverables (First 6–12 Months)

  • Validated value proposition and MVP definition aligned to incentives personas and priority OEMs.

  • Executable GTM strategy and enablement sessions for Sales and Customer Success.

  • Measurable set of pilot engagements with clear hypotheses (e.g., same spend, more volume; minimum spend to hit target).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in business, economics, marketing or related quantitative field or equivalent relevant industry experience.

  • 7–12+ years in product management, analytics, or pricing/incentives strategy, preferably in automotive or mobility.

  • Experience implementing AI technologies into the product space.

  • Experience setting requirements for highly complex Data Science, Analytics, Scenario Planning and work with Gamification of mathematical model output.

  • Experience building data products combining predictive modeling with scenario planning.

  • Proven ability to own end-to-end product delivery and communicate complex analytics to senior stakeholders.

  • Strong skills in roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Direct exposure to incentive planning, OEM sales operations, or financial planning roles.

  • Experience with pricing, sales and share analytics, or similar tools in automotive domain.
