Responsibilities:
- Own the overall success of multiple Arc Suite products simultaneously, serving as the strategic leader and product expert across each - balancing competing priorities, stakeholder needs, and market dynamics across product lines
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with DFIN's business objectives and customer needs, with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap that balances customer value, regulatory requirements, and market opportunity
- Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging market research, customer feedback, and data-driven insights
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that solve real customer problems
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers - building product thinking, elevating execution, and growing individual PM careers; this includes managing managers as the team scales
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and adoption
- Present product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and executives with confidence and independence - representing product at the leadership level
- Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and business impact, adjusting direction as needed
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that extend beyond any single product line, shaping how product management partners with Engineering, Sales, and Operations at an organizational level
- Contribute to organizational design - including team structure, hiring, and PM career development frameworks - as the product organization scales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including proven ownership of multiple complex or enterprise-scale products concurrently
- Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple product lines simultaneously, with evidence of managing competing stakeholder priorities and roadmaps at the same time
- Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering solutions that drive measurable business growth
- Significant people leadership experience - including managing, mentoring, and developing Product Managers
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands across products and teams
- Exceptional communication and executive presence - able to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders independently
- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Aha!
- Understanding of AI-enabled product capabilities, or demonstrated strong interest in building products in an AI-forward environment
- Background in fintech, investment management, regulatory technology, or virtual data room solutions preferred
- Demonstrated ability to shape organizational culture and product processes - not just product outcomes - at a team or department level
- Product management certification is a plus
