TCP is hiring an experienced and motivated Director of Product Management to lead our Product Management team as we grow and expand our product offerings.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution across our portfolio. You will lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify customer needs and translate those into actionable product requirements. As a Director of Product Management, you will: 

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the entire product portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers.
  • Oversee the execution of product roadmaps and release objectives.
  • Manage product lifecycle processes including discovery, planning, and launch.
  • Collaborate with customers to promote products, understand needs, and drive adoption.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize and communicate roadmap requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders to guide high-performance teams and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Partner with product marketing to develop and implement a Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Schedule and lead portfolio meetings to identify and prioritize product issues, manage roadmaps, and meet project deadlines.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of product management experience in a technology company.
  • Proven experience in translating customer business needs into product requirements.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • A solid understanding of technical designs, architecture, and specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across functions.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Physical Requirements: 

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
