Digital Turbine is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead and scale our Product Marketing function. This role will define how product marketing operates across the company — shaping best practices, influencing product strategy, and ensuring our solutions are clearly positioned and effectively commercialized.

The Director will lead and coach an existing team of Product Marketing Managers while partnering closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing leadership to drive consistent platform messaging and enable successful go-to-market execution.

This role sits at the center of DT’s commercial engine, translating product innovation into clear market positioning, strong sales enablement, and scalable documentation that supports global growth.

About the Director, Product Marketing role:

Product Marketing Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers, providing coaching, structure, and operational discipline.

  • Establish best practices for the Product Marketing function across positioning, launches, enablement, and documentation.

  • Build clear operating models between Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent go-to-market execution.

Positioning & Messaging

  • Define and maintain clear messaging and positioning frameworks across DT’s platform and solutions.

  • Translate complex advertising technology and mobile ecosystem dynamics into compelling value propositions for customers.

  • Ensure consistency of messaging across sales materials, marketing content, and external communications.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Partner with Product leadership to shape commercialization strategy for new products and features.

  • Define launch readiness frameworks and drive cross-functional coordination for product introductions.

  • Ensure product marketing is embedded early in product development to represent customer and market perspectives.

Sales Enablement & Documentation

  • Own the development of core sales enablement materials, including decks, battlecards, solution guides, and product documentation.

  • Ensure global sales teams have clear, up-to-date materials that support effective customer conversations.

  • Develop scalable systems for maintaining product documentation across a rapidly evolving platform.

Cross-Functional Influence

  • Act as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and executive leadership.

  • Help shape how the organization communicates product value both internally and externally.

About YOU as the Director, Product Marketing:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in advertising technology, mobile platforms, or digital media

  • 3–5 years managing product marketing teams

  • Strong experience building or scaling product marketing functions

  • Deep experience with sales enablement and product documentation

  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, and executive leadership

  • Strong storytelling and positioning skills for complex technology platforms

  • Ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational discipline. They enjoy building systems, coaching teams, and partnering deeply with product and sales leaders to ensure innovation translates into real market impact.
