What is the Director of Product, Payor Solutions role?

The Director of Product, Payor Solutions will lead product strategy and execution for CopilotIQ’s platform serving payors and risk-bearing entities.

This role is responsible for driving the development of products that win with health plans by improving enrollment and engagement, delivering measurable clinical outcomes, and enabling scalable, cost-efficient care models powered by a blend of human and agentic AI.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, data, and commercial teams to translate complex reimbursement, regulatory, and operational requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences.

This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused, with strong exposure to customers and the market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and drive key components of the product roadmap focused on payor and risk-bearing customers, ensuring alignment to business goals, customer needs, and clinical outcomes
  • Translate payor requirements (quality measures, utilization management, reporting, ROI expectations) into scalable product capabilities
  • Lead the development of agentic AI-powered workflows, including:
    • Enrollment and engagement automation
    • Intelligent care orchestration and escalation pathways
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Data teams to build products that leverage real-time data (biomarkers, claims, ADT, medication) to drive proactive interventions and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with Clinical leadership to ensure products align with care models, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Client Success in enterprise sales cycles, pilots, and implementations by clearly articulating product value, ROI, and differentiation
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback (payors, providers, partners) to continuously refine product direction and prioritize high-impact features
  • Define and track KPIs related to product adoption, engagement, clinical outcomes, and unit economics
  • Contribute to competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market alignment for payor-focused products
  • Partner on evaluating and integrating third-party solutions (e.g., data vendors, device integrations, AI capabilities) where appropriate

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or value-based care
  • Strong understanding of payor dynamics, including Medicare Advantage, risk-based models, and healthcare economics
  • Experience building or working with AI-driven or automation-first products, ideally including conversational AI, workflow automation, or decision support systems
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of product, clinical, and operational workflows, translating complex requirements into simple, scalable solutions
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence across engineering, clinical, and commercial teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a focus on execution and iteration
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and using metrics to guide product decisions
