As the Director, Program Management - Government Compliance, you ensure internal and external client satisfaction through decisive coordination of compliance activities across Spectrum Business and beyond. You and your team will engage across all functions of Spectrum Business to own the management of compliance to program rules supporting Erate and Rural Healthcare regulated programs; including managing a variety of inquiries (audits, information requests, etc,), coordinate SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit, develop and coordinate the delivery and tracking of training, engage across functional teams to support the integration of acquired assets through M&A.

- Collaborate with each business department, Legal, Regulatory, and others to deliver plans.
- Maximize efforts by conducting briefings and presentations as required to keep leadership informed and to secure decisions.
- Thrive in an office environment, travel infrequently, and are available for calls outside of normal business hours to achieve company objectives.
- Report directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Services for goals and guidance.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of management experience and 8+ years managing complex programs or projects
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Skills: Documenting, preparing, and delivering data-driven presentations. Effectively analyzing and interpreting data sets.
- Abilities: Demonstrated management skills by leading teams of program and project managers and the ability to build high-performing teams.
