- Achieve or exceed regional sales revenue, case volume, and growth targets
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with national strategy
- Drive new account development and expand utilization within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and hospital decision-makers
- Provide field leadership and support during clinical cases
- Partner with Clinical, Professional Education, Finance, HR and Marketing teams
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales, therapy and clinical teams
- Lead performance through coaching and development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Maintain forecasting, CRM, and reporting discipline
- Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
- Travel extensively to support business needs
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of medical device sales experience or 10 + years sales or Commercial Ops and or Marketing leadership in Structural Heart.
- TAVR or structural heart experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, clinical aptitude, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to develop and manage a high-performance team focused on accountability and meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to lead, influence, create and work within cross-functional team environments.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in hospital environments including Cath labs and operating rooms.
