They are responsible for partnering with, aligning, and driving results across GTM teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success. This is a role for someone who is equal parts analytical and operational: comfortable building a forecasting model one day and untangling a CRM workflow issue the next.
This role oversees the GTM tech stack, works to optimize revenue-related processes, and leverages data-driven insights to ensure sustainable growth and revenue generation. The Director, Revenue Operations is a leader with a strong understanding of business operations, a deep knowledge of GTM strategies, a proven ability to implement best practices that promote operational excellence, and very strong communication skills that enable them to distill data and analysis into clear conclusions and recommendations to company leaders.

- Build and maintain a rigorous forecasting process and cadence, giving sales leadership and the ELT reliable visibility into pipeline health and expected bookings.
- Analyze historical performance and pipeline trends to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast, and proactively flag areas of concern.
- Streamline workflows, standardize processes, and implement best practices to enhance productivity, scalability, and efficiency across all GTM functions.
- Manage, evaluate, implement, and champion revenue tech stack solutions (i.e. CRM, marketing automation, AI tools) ensuring data integrity, workflow efficiency, and adoption across the GTM organization. Evaluate, implement, and manage new tools and solutions that improve productivity and data quality.
- Own the health of our GTM database, auditing data quality across CRM and connected systems, leading cleanup, and implementing governance standards, validation rules, and ongoing monitoring that keep our data accurate, complete, and trusted.
- Help design and administer sales compensation plans in partnership with sales leadership, Finance, and People teams, ensuring plans are motivating, defensible, and aligned with company priorities.
- Identify and eliminate friction in the sales process in partnership with Revenue Enablement that slows down reps or creates inconsistent data.
- Support pricing and packaging strategy with data on deal patterns, discounting trends, and win/loss dynamics
- Serve as the primary source of truth for GTM performance data — top of funnel activity, conversion rates, pipeline, bookings, sales cycle length, win rates, and rep productivity.
- Deliver regular reporting and insight to leadership, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations. Support board and investor reporting with accurate, well-contextualized metrics.
- Build dashboards and reporting that give reps, managers, and executives self-service visibility into the metrics that matter.
- Manage team members, team budget, and team vendor relationships, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in revenue operations, with proven success leading cross-functional teams in SaaS environments.
- Strong technical foundation with expertise leveraging GTM technologies to drive efficiency and process optimization.
- Full-funnel fluency, including a working understanding of top-of-funnel metrics, the marketing-to-sales handoff and SLAs that govern it, and pipeline progression through to bookings, win rates, and retention; hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution; and the ability to diagnose where the funnel is leaking and align Marketing and Sales on the fix.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business teams to foster collaboration and execute change.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex data into strategic insights, KPIs, and forecasting models.
- Experience implementing and owning BI / data visualisation / dashboarding tools to facilitate the sharing of GTM data across teams and with leadership.

We use AI-assisted tools to create a smoother, more organized, and ultimately more human candidate experience. These tools allow our team to spend more time on real conversations and thoughtful decision-making, the things that matter.
What AI doesn’t do at Axonify is make hiring decisions. Every decision is made by real people, using real judgment and grounded in our values.
Here’s what that means for you as a candidate:
- Feel free to use AI to support your thinking - not replace it. We use AI to learn and level up, and you can too.
- Be open about how you use AI if asked. Transparency helps us understand your process and how you approach problem-solving.
