Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Noma is working with the world's most ambitious organizations to usher in the AI future. We are building a security platform designed to help organizations adopt AI and agents at scale. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a rapidly evolving market. At Noma, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.

We’re looking for a Director of Sales Engineering, Central to lead and scale our regional SE team. You’ll develop people, drive technical execution across complex enterprise opportunities, and stay hands-on in key customer engagements. You’ll partner closely with the AVP of Sales, Central, Regional Sales Directors, and Product to turn customer priorities into successful evaluations and technical wins.

Who You Are

  • A direct, supportive leader who sets clear expectations, gives actionable feedback, and follows through on performance and development commitments.
  • Structured and process-minded. You establish repeatable processes for POC execution, deal reviews, and reporting.
  • Someone who holds people accountable, with clear expectations and consistent follow-through.
  • In the trenches with your team. You stay close to the technical details and can step into a customer conversation or a tough POC when needed.
  • A strategic thinker who anticipates team needs, shapes effective deal strategies, and finds creative ways to overcome technical and business challenges.

🛠️ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and grow the Central Sales Engineering team, with clear expectations, regular feedback, and individual development plans. Hire and onboard new SEs as the region expands.
  • Own POC execution and technical win rate across the region, with a repeatable approach to discovery, technical validation, and proving business value.
  • Build a consistent regional operating rhythm for deal reviews, POC health, team development, and sharing lessons across the broader SE organization.
  • Meet with customers, in person and virtually, as a trusted technical advisor to CISOs and security leaders on how to adopt AI and agents securely.
  • Partner with the AVP of Sales, Central and our Regional Sales Directors on territory planning, deal strategy, and forecasting technical wins.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to Product and R&D, turning customer feedback and gaps into clear, prioritized input.
  • Operate at startup pace, with many POCs running in parallel and priorities that shift as the market moves.

✅ What You Bring

  • 6+ years in sales engineering or pre-sales at cybersecurity vendors, including 3+ years leading SE teams.
  • Experience building or scaling a Sales Engineering team at an early-stage cybersecurity company.
  • A track record of running complex POCs for Fortune 500 security teams, framed around customer outcomes and ROI.
  • Deep technical grounding in cloud security, AppSec, API security, data security, or identity, with the ability to troubleshoot independently and engage Product or R&D effectively when needed.
  • Comfort getting into the technical work with your SEs, including stepping in to run a demo or POC call when the team needs it.
  • Real curiosity about AI and how enterprises are adopting it; hands-on experience with AI or agentic tools is a plus.
  • Based in the Central region, with the ability to travel regularly to customers, events, and your team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment.

💙 Perks & Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Home office setup reimbursement
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Life and accident insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) - We trust you to manage your time
  • A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture
  • A global work environment with teams across Tel Aviv, the US, the Netherlands, and London
  • Equity options that let you share in Noma's growth and success
