About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales Engineering for North America to lead our technical sales efforts and drive the success of our pre-sales teams across the region. As the Director of Sales Engineering, you will play a critical role in developing strategies that support our sales team and help us exceed our business goals. You will work closely with sales leadership, product teams, and customers to ensure the successful delivery of our security solutions, driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the Sales Engineering team across North America, ensuring the team is aligned with regional sales goals and company objectives.
  • Build and coach the pre-sales engineers to be “Sales Engineers” who are able to articulate the value that is aligned to solving business challenges of the customer.
  • Ensure, the messaging, demos, and POC’s are value driven, concise, and differentiated.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies for driving new business, expanding current accounts, and ensuring overall revenue growth.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to the sales team during the sales process, including solution design, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proofs of concept.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure our product offerings meet the evolving needs of customers and the market.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose solutions that meet their business and security needs.
  • Drive the adoption of Transmit Security’s identity and security solutions across various verticals, demonstrating the technical superiority of our products.
  • Stay informed of the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the identity and cybersecurity space to effectively position Transmit Security’s solutions.
  • Present at customer and industry events to represent Transmit Security as the thought leader in Identity, fraud and related areas. 
  • Measure and analyze team performance metrics to ensure the Sales Engineering team is meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving strategic goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring alignment on technical strategies and solution fit.
