Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven, diagnostic-savvy sales leader to accelerate adoption of the Elephas Live Platform among pharmaceutical companies developing Immuno-Oncology (IO) agents in or entering clinical trials. This role will own lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth, focusing on clinical development, translational medicine, and biomarker/companion diagnostic leaders at top pharma and biotech companies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Identify and engage sponsors running IO trials in solid tumors.
    • Position Elephas Live Platform as a critical tool for patient stratification, predictive biomarker development, and trial optimization.

 

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

    • Build and maintain a robust prospect list using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of all communications and activities.
    • Drive outbound campaigns, leveraging marketing resources to generate qualified leads.
    • Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building to advance opportunities through the funnel.
    • Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted messaging, thought leadership, and presence at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
    • Monitor perceived competitive landscape, trial design trends and biomarker adoption to inform approach and outreach.

  

Account Ownership & Relationship Management

    • Own assigned accounts and develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
    • Ensure ongoing engagement through knowledge sharing, check-ins, and tailored communications.
    • Work with internal subject matter experts to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling business cases for pharma and biotech stakeholders.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing, product development, scientific communications, partnerships, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
    • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment aligned with company goals.

 

Revenue Growth & Performance Metrics

    • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through pipeline management, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
    • Identify upsell opportunities post-close to maximize account value.
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and partnership performance.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling a clinical diagnostic in the pharma clinical trial setting.
  • Proficiency with using HubSpot and developing and driving pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across different cultures and navigate diverse
    business environments.

  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel US/internationally as required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business / marketing / management
  • 6-8 years of experience in a relevant roles
