SAP S/4HANA DIRECTOR

SAP S/4HANA Directors will design, build, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals and requirements. Directors are experienced in SAP S/4HANA for (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.) – roadmap, implementation, upgrade, migrations and support project(s). Furthermore, advising and advocating leading practices, which is key for our client’s success in being high performers.
SAP Directors apply well-honed consulting, project management and technical skills in the management of major project components or entire projects.
A Director will typically have:
Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 – 15 years
SAP Experience: Minimum 7 – 10 years
SAP Full Implementation Life Cycles: Minimum 3-5
S/4HANA Experience: Minimum of one full S/4HANA project with proven use and knowledge of SAP FIORI Apps, Analytics, Query Browser
Industry experience: Life Science, CPG, High Tech Manufacturing
Documented SAP S/4HANA (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.) experience
SAP S/4HANA Certification will be an advantage
Capable of assessing current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Experienced with analyzing the (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.) processes in an organization and design its processes and systems based on S/4 HANA processes and functionality.
Documented project experience in at least two full S/4HANA project lifecycles from planning to configuration through go-live. Specifically,
Leads Fit2Standard Workshop with the customer, documents fit and potential gaps
Works with customer team to configure the selected business processes to meet customer requirement Develops solution and work around to address potential gaps
Provides business process input to technical consultants addressing data migration, integration and potential extensibility
Defines analytics strategy for application area so that the customer gets relevant reports and business insights
Identification of Improvement potentials in continuous operations
Design of operations procedures
Supports training of key users at the customer for relevant application area
Experience with FIORI Apps, Analytics and Query browser within (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.)
Proven ability to assess the business model and its integration with technology
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Good understanding of cross functional integration and how to apply leading practices with an industry (Life Science, CPG, High Tech Manufacturing) and context focus
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience from consultancy company will be an advantage

Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
