The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to build, lead, and scale the Social Media function at Intellibright.

We're looking for a strategic leader who can elevate our social media practice, drive innovation, develop team members, and serve as the agency's authority on all things social. This role will own the vision, strategy, performance, and operational excellence of the department while helping clients navigate an increasingly complex social landscape.

You'll work directly with clients, lead social media strategy across platforms, guide campaign development, mentor the team, and build the systems and processes necessary to scale a high-performing department.

This is not a role for someone who needs daily direction. We're looking for a builder, operator, and leader who takes ownership, drives change, and consistently brings new ideas to the organization.
