As the Director, Solutions Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Icertis' success in the AMER region. Your primary objective is to aid the sales process, support our sales team and customers. You will be responsible for driving innovation and thought leadership, staying abreast of industry and technology trends, and developing strategic solutions to meet our customers' evolving needs. The ability to present to all levels within an organization is fundamental to the role. Your expertise in contract lifecycle management will be instrumental in guiding our product and sales teams, ultimately contributing to Icertis' market leadership and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert demonstrations of Icertis core and related solutions.
  • Have robust understanding of latest technology and AI trends, with desire to learn and innovate.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop strategic solutions and proposals for complex customer requirements, ensuring alignment with Icertis' vision and values.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market opportunities and potential customer pain points.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions regarding contract lifecycle management.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry regulations, incorporating these into our solution advisory approach.
  • Ensure the team's compliance with Icertis' standards and best practices, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer facing roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of the contract lifecycle management space and its evolving trends.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer requirements and develop strategic solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a track record of driving successful customer acquisitions.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership skills inspiring people and building the business from small to scale.
  • A self-starter who will take the initiative to develop programs for partner relationships, enablement, and growth.

Compensation:

OTE: $225,000 to $295,000 (75/25)

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual sales target incentive bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.
