The Role

Juganu is looking for a senior, hands-on technical leader to build and lead its US Solutions Engineering and Technical Support function.

The role will own the technical customer journey from pre-sales and solution design through deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, serving as the bridge between customers, Sales, Product, and R&D.

Key Responsibilities

•      Build the US pre-sales and technical support function, including processes, tools, standards, and methodologies

•      Lead technical discovery, solution design, architecture, and customer-facing technical discussions

•      Support pilots, deployments, commissioning, and complex troubleshooting

•      Provide technical leadership across networking, Wi-Fi, wireless backhaul, IoT, and edge-based systems

•      Translate customer and field requirements into actionable input for Product and R&D

•      Create scalable documentation, support procedures, and escalation processes

•      Work closely with Sales to support opportunities from technical qualification through successful deployment

Profile

•      7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role

•      Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and RF fundamentals

•      Proven experience designing and troubleshooting complex technical solutions

•      Experience working directly with enterprise customers and supporting deployments in the field

•      Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities

•      Ability to build processes and functions from the ground up

•      Comfortable working across Sales, customers, Product, R&D, hardware, and software teams

Nice to Have

Fluency in Hebrew - an advantage
Experience with outdoor wireless networks, smart-city or IoT deployments, wireless backhaul, edge computing, video systems, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
