As the Director of Strategic Alliances at Trullion, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for building and managing high-impact relationships with the Big 4 accounting firms (EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) and other Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). Your role is critical in driving the adoption of Trullion's solutions within these influential organizations and leveraging their extensive networks to expand our market presence.



Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with the Big 4 accounting firms and other GSIs.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with alliance partners, including co-marketing initiatives, sales training, and joint solution development.
  • Track and measure the performance of all strategic alliances, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Evangelize Trullion to key stakeholders at all levels of the partner organization and represent the voice of the partner within Trullion to create new differentiated joint offerings. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership activities with overall company goals. 
  • Leverage industry events and conferences to network, identify new partnership opportunities, and cultivate existing ones. 
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage partner interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 
  • Proactively identify and address any challenges or roadblocks in partner relationships.



Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience managing SaaS partnerships.
  • Strong sales background in enterprise financial software, ideally with experience partnering with the Big 4, Tier 1 Consultancies, or other large complex organizations. 
  • Experience in developing partners and executing campaigns with enterprise-level SIs and Technology organizations. 
  • Comprehend the competitive environment, the challenges of the enterprise CFO office, and the ecosystem of partners.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. 
  • Experience with the entire cycle of creating partner agreements or commercial contracts. 
  • Strong commercial acumen and a growth mindset. 
  • Well-organized, adaptable, and a clear thinker, capable of managing competing priorities. 
  • Knowledge of finance transformation and accounting is preferred but not required.

Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $220,000 - $250,000 OTE + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
