You will lead with influence across Product, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, and Engineering — aligning internal stakeholders and external partners around shared goals. You bring a point of view, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and are accountable for the outcomes of the partnerships you own.
This role is ideal for a seasoned alliance professional who has moved beyond coordination and program support, and is ready to shape strategy, lead complex negotiations, and build lasting competitive advantage through partnerships.

- Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders, serving as iManage’s senior point of contact.
- Driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, and Engineering to deliver on alliance commitments.
- Evaluating and prioritizing partner opportunities, leading partner selection, tiering decisions, and program design.
- Establishing performance frameworks, KPIs, and QBR cadences that hold partners and internal teams accountable to outcomes.
- Translating partner insights and market signals into strategic recommendations for Product, Sales, and executive leadership.
- Overseeing the Strategic Technology Partner Program, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
iM Qualified Because I Have...
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in alliances, strategic partnerships, business development, or GTM leadership within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success owning and growing strategic partnerships with major technology providers, with deep experience in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and structure partnership agreements that drive commercial outcomes.
- Experience operating at a senior level, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to executive audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate partner opportunities into scalable GTM programs and measurable business impact.
- Track record of building and managing executive-level external relationships that create competitive advantage.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
