Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own Partner Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ISV partners, fostering strong executive and operational alignment.
  • Drive Governance & Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans, manage QBRs/MBRs, and track KPIs such as partner-influenced pipeline and ARR.
  • Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Coordinate joint GTM campaigns, enable co-sell motions, and ensure opportunity alignment across regions.
  • Ensure Technical Alignment: Facilitate integration discussions, and manage roadmap checkpoints with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Enablement & Evangelization: Partner solutions with in PTC Field organization
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer) to resolve issues and support customer value.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution to protect customer success and revenue.
  • Community Building: Promote partner participation in events, advisory boards, and technical bootcamps to strengthen ecosystem engagement.
  • Innovation & Co-Creation: Identify opportunities for joint IP development, solution accelerators, and reference architectures to drive differentiation.

  • Results-driven and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and advancing partnership success.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions in uncertain situations.
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities, including verbal and written skills.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, able to quickly learn new processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (required).
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage competing initiatives.
  • Considerable experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Able to communicate across diverse audiences, articulating value at both strategic and detailed levels simultaneously.

Experience:

  • 8–12+ years in Strategic Alliances/Partner Management for enterprise software; proven ownership of Tier‑1 partnerships
  • Understanding of PLM/ALM/CAD domains
  • Experience running executive governance, joint solution launches, and co‑sell enablement at global scale.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership (Sales, CS, Product, Marketing) with a data‑driven approach to pipeline, ARR, adoption, and quality metrics.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and contract/commercial awareness.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering.
  • 25%-35% travel to partner sites, major customers, and industry events.
