We are seeking a strategic and transformational leader to join our team as Director of Supply Chain Business Operations. This role is critical to driving operational excellence and modernizing our S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and SOE (Sales & Operations Execution) processes globally. Working cross functionally with business units, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics functions to build trust and influence in a matrixed environment is a large element of the role.  You will lead initiatives that enhance resiliency, visibility, and responsiveness in our supply chain, supporting both current operations and future-state transformation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global supply planning and S&OP team.

  • Lead the development and execution of optimized supply plans.

  • Drive and improve S&OP and SOE process NPI to supply.

  • Collaborate with teams in demand planning, finance, procurement, engineering, logistics, and PMO to ensure supply chain readiness and agility.

  • Drive scenario modeling, inclusive of capacity to evaluate tradeoffs and support strategic decisions.

  • Oversee KPIs and process adherence, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Support supply network changes and resiliency initiatives.

  • Champion continuous improvement and change management across supply chain operations.

  • Implement fulfillment, replenishment, and strategic stocking strategies to balance service level and inventory.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in driving revenue plans in global operations across different markets and business units.

  • Deep expertise in planning processes (demand, supply, material) and MRP mechanics.

  • Experience with planning system implementation, improvements, and operation.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with scenario modeling and strategic planning to impact revenue, margin, inventory.

  • Understanding of budgeting, business case development, ROI.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities – ability to tell a story with the data.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

  • Visionary mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution.

  • High emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership style.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
