  • Be intentional in how recruiters are onboarded, coached, and developed, with clear expectations and growth paths
  • Invest in continuous development to strengthen recruiting judgment, market insight, and partnership with hiring leaders

Drive Data-Led and Insight-Driven Hiring

  • Build recruiting dashboards and scorecards, including time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, source of hire, and diversity metrics to name a few
  • Use analytics to forecast hiring demand, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive smarter decision-making
  • Partner with leaders to define role scorecards and success profiles aligned to business outcomes

Elevate Hiring Quality and Consistency

  • Design and implement structured interview frameworks, including role-based, culture interviews, and assessment tools where applicable
  • Train hiring managers and interviewers on best practices for interviewing, assessment, and equitable decision-making
  • Raise the bar for rigor, fairness, and consistency across all hiring decisions

Own Employer Brand and Candidate Experience

  • Continuously improve the candidate experience through feedback loops and iteration

Ensure Compliance and Global Hiring Readiness

  • Ensure US hiring practices are fully EEOC compliant
  • Ensure recruiting processes meet GDPR requirements for European hiring
  • Build scalable and compliant hiring practices that support international growth

  • The role follows an in-office schedule on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (for all staff in this office), with flexibility to work remote on Wednesday and Friday
