Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build scalable recruiting programs for corporate, retail, warehouse, customer experience, creative, marketing, technology, operations, and executive hiring.
- Create workforce planning strategies in partnership with business leaders.
- Establish annual hiring forecasts, recruiting budgets, and resource plans.
Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruiting team.
- Establish clear recruiting metrics, goals, and accountability.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and effective talent selection.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Recruiting Operations
- Optimize the end-to-end recruitment process for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Implement best practices for interview processes, assessments, and offer management.
- Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting technology, and automation tools.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring regulations.
Employer Brand
- Develop and elevate Comfrt's employer brand across digital channels.
- Partner with Marketing and Social teams to showcase company culture.
- Create recruiting campaigns that attract diverse, high-performing talent.
- Build relationships with universities, industry organizations, and professional communities.
Executive & Specialized Hiring
- Lead executive and leadership-level recruitment.
- Support confidential and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Develop succession planning and internal mobility strategies.
- Track and report recruiting KPIs including:
- Time-to-fill
- Time-to-hire
- Cost-per-hire
- Offer acceptance rate
- Source effectiveness
- Diversity metrics
- Candidate satisfaction
- Hiring manager satisfaction
- Quality of hire
- Use analytics to continuously improve recruiting performance and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
- 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
- Experience supporting high-growth consumer, retail, apparel, fashion, or e-commerce organizations.
- Demonstrated success building recruiting functions from scale-up through rapid growth.
- Strong experience recruiting executive, technical, creative, and operational talent.
- Expertise with ATS platforms, recruiting CRM systems, and sourcing technologies.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
