Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeam, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

About the role

Cato Networks is the leader in SASE, delivering a converged cloud-native platform for networking and security. As we scale, our ecosystem of technology partners is becoming a critical lever for product differentiation and customer value. We are hiring a Director of Technology Partnerships to build our technical partnership program from the ground up.

You will own the strategy, the program design, and the day-to-day execution. You will sit at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering, BD, and Marketing, and you will be measured on the integrations we ship, the customer outcomes they unlock, and the partner relationships you build. This role reports directly to VP of Product Management and is highly visible across the company.

What you will do

Build the partner program from scratch (0–1)

  • Define what Cato’s technical partnership program looks like end-to-end: partner tiers, qualification criteria, integration framework, joint roadmap process, enablement, certification, and GTM motion
  • Own the playbook, the rollout, and the operating cadence

Drive integrations that move the needle for customers

  • Work hand-in-hand with internal and external product managers and customers to identify where partner integrations create real value across Cato’s broad portfolio (SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, ZTNA, XDR, DEM, and adjacent areas). Prioritize ruthlessly
  • Translate customer pain into integration requirements and partner capabilities into product opportunities

Identify, evaluate, and land the right partners

  • Build and qualify the partner pipeline across cybersecurity, AI (LLM providers, agentic platforms etc.), identity, cloud, networking, and infrastructure
  • Lead technical and commercial evaluations, negotiate agreements, and structure joint development and co-marketing plans

Roll up your sleeves

  • This is a senior role, but it is not a delegating role on day one
  • The candidate will be working directly with PM, marketing, business, and define the processes and workflows (e.g. in Salesforce, Jira, partner portal)

Own the relationship and the outcome

  • Be the single point of contact for our most strategic technology partners
  • Resolve conflicts, unblock execution across both organizations, and make sure both sides win. Track and report on partnership ROI — integrations shipped, pipeline influenced, customer adoption, retention impact.

Qualifications
    • 5+ years in technology partnerships, product management, or technical alliances at a cybersecurity, networking, or cloud infrastructure company.
    • Demonstrated experience in the technical partnership space specifically. Demonstrated success in building or significantly scaling an integrations program before.
    • Direct background in cybersecurity, with a good understanding of the buyer, the threat landscape, and how security products are evaluated, integrated, and sold.
    • Strong technical foundation: a degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
    • Operator mindset: the candidate should be equally comfortable presenting a strategy to the executive team and updating partner records in Salesforce, filing Jira tickets, or drafting a one-pager for marketing.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally without authority, across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legall.
    • Operates well in a fast-paced, global environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities. Comfort working across US and Israel time zones.
    • Hands-on familiarity with SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, or cloud security architectures – an advantage.
    • Existing relationships across the security and cloud ecosystem (EDR/XDR, SIEM, IdP, CSPM, observability, etc.) – an advantage.
    • Background as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or PM earlier in your career – an advantage.
