Location: Remote – USA  

 

As Revecore’s Director of Training you will: 

Lead the transformation of the enterprise training function by consolidating disparate training teams into a unified organization. This role will drive the adoption of a new Learning Management System (LMS), redesign training content to balance instructor-led and eLearning modalities, and establish scalable processes that deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences across all business units.

 

The Role:  

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute a vision for an integrated training organization that supports enterprise growth and operational excellence.
  • Align training strategy with business objectives, compliance requirements, and workforce development goals.

Organizational Design & Team Management

  • Re-engineer the training structure, combining existing teams into two core functions:
    • Training Delivery Team: Facilitates live and virtual sessions, manages learner engagement, and ensures readiness.
    • Content & LMS Team: Oversees instructional design, LMS administration, and content lifecycle management.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Learning Technology & LMS Implementation

  • Lead the implementation of a new LMS, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Establish governance for LMS operations, reporting, and analytics to measure training effectiveness.

Content Strategy & Development

  • Transition from heavily instructor-led training to blended learning models combining eLearning, virtual classrooms, and interactive workshops.
  • Standardize onboarding and core training content across all business units, incorporating assessments and feedback loops.

Process Optimization & Metrics

  • Develop and enforce content standards, enrollment processes, and course documentation (syllabi, objectives, assessments).
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to evaluate training outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Success Indicators

  • Successful consolidation of training teams and processes.
  • Full deployment and adoption of the new LMS within defined timelines.
  • Increased scalability and efficiency of training delivery.
  • Positive learner feedback and measurable improvement in operational performance

You’ll be successful if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in LMS implementation and managing enterprise-wide training initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and blended learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Work at Home Requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.   
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required. 
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
