The Role:

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and business-minded Director, WW Sales Transformation to partner with the VP, Commercial Acceleration, SVP WW Sales, and the Commercial Leadership Team.

This role will help shape how WW Sales plans, decides, grows, and operates, connecting strategy, data, business insight, and execution.

The Director will help leadership answer the questions that matter most: Where should we focus? What is changing? Where are the opportunities and risks? What should we invest in, accelerate, or change?

This is a role for someone who can find the signal in the noise, challenge assumptions, turn insight into action, and use AI to fundamentally improve how a global sales organization works.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Governance

  • Drive annual and quarterly WW Sales planning in partnership with the VP, Commercial Acceleration and SVP WW Sales, including priorities, targets, budgets, goals, and KPIs.
  • Translate company strategy and business performance into clear WW Sales priorities and investment choices.
  • Establish an effective business rhythm across performance reviews, strategic priorities, leadership meetings, and decision-making.
  • Develop strategy papers, executive narratives, and recommendations that bring clarity to complex business decisions.
  • Ensure key decisions translate into clear ownership, actions, and measurable outcomes.

Revenue Intelligence & Pattern Recognition

  • Build a decision-grade view of WW Sales performance across pipeline, conversion, velocity, win/loss, customers, partners, regions, segments, and growth motions.
  • Build deeper intelligence across New Customers, New Sites, Partners, and Accounts, connecting internal data with relevant external signals to identify growth opportunities and whitespace.
  • Develop Account Insights & Intelligence that brings together customer growth, investments, facility and network changes, buying signals, installed-base opportunities, and market dynamics to help answer: Why this account? Why now? What opportunity exists? What should we do next?
  • Identify patterns, risks, leading indicators, and opportunities that may not yet be visible in the traditional pipeline.
  • Move WW Sales from reporting what happened to understanding why it happened and anticipating what comes next.
  • Use AI-assisted research, analytics, modeling, and pattern detection to find signals faster and turn intelligence into clear priorities and action.

WW Sales Organization, Productivity & Fiscal Planning

  • Lead role, capacity, and coverage planning to align the WW Sales organization with its growth priorities.
  • Use data to understand productivity and determine where people and investment can create the greatest business impact.
  • Identify work that should be simplified, standardized, automated, centralized, redesigned, or stopped.
  • Own the fiscal planning rhythm for WW Sales, including budget, OPEX, forecast variances, and optimization opportunities in partnership with Finance.
  • Provide leadership with a consistent view of resources, productivity, performance, and spend to support better investment decisions.

Transformation & AI-Enabled Ways of Working

  • Shape and drive high-impact transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through measurable business impact.
  • Use business performance, customer and partner insight, and Revenue Intelligence to identify and size new growth and transformation opportunities.
  • Establish clear measures of what is working, what isn't, and why, helping leadership determine what should be scaled, redesigned, or stopped.
  • Modernize manual, spreadsheet- and email-heavy workflows into simpler, intelligent, technology-enabled ways of working.
  • Identify and scale high-value applications of AI, automation, and agentic workflows across sales intelligence, planning, seller productivity, and operations.
  • Identify friction across the seller, customer, and partner experience and help make AutoStore simpler to do business with.

Strategic Execution & Leadership

  • Maintain a clear view of the highest-priority WW Sales and Commercial Acceleration initiatives, expected outcomes, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
  • Create simple governance that drives accountability and speed without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the VP, Commercial Acceleration and WW Sales leadership.
  • Bring an independent, fact-based point of view and constructively challenge assumptions when the data suggests a different path.
  • Connect teams across regions and functions to move strategic priorities from idea to action to measurable impact.

Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, business transformation, management consulting, or related roles, ideally in B2B technology or global organizations.
  • Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear recommendations and action.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with experience interpreting revenue, customer, partner, financial, and operational data.
  • Proven ability to shape and lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with organizational, capacity, and fiscal planning.
  • AI-forward, with practical experience using AI, analytics, and automation to solve business problems and improve productivity.
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and turn analysis into decisions.

Key Competencies

  • Strategic & Analytical: Connects data, business performance, and market signals to identify what matters.
  • Curious & Insight-Driven: Asks better questions, finds patterns others miss, and challenges assumptions with evidence.
  • Business & Growth Mindset: Understands how customers, partners, investment, and execution come together to drive growth.
  • Modernizer: Constantly looks for simpler, smarter, and more scalable ways of working.
  • Builder & Operator: Moves comfortably from strategy and analysis to execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Executive Influence: Brings clarity, credibility, and an independent point of view to senior leadership.
  • Collaborative Leader: Connects teams and functions around shared outcomes.
