Why This Role Matters
In this role, you will help advance treatment accuracy and efficiency by guiding the development and delivery of software related to Radformation's adaptive radiation therapy efforts.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Support, Success, and leadership teams to define software features, manage releases and test product versions.
 
Responsibilities Include:
• Software feature prioritization and specification based on customer needs
• Handling product releases and all accompanying requirements
• Testing product versions prior to release, including version regression testing to ensure product integrity
• Investigating and resolving issues discovered during testing
• Coordinating with Support and Success teams to troubleshoot customer issues and share feedback with Product, Engineering, and Radformation leadership
 
Required Experience:
• 5 years of experience as a clinical physicist, dosimetrist, or Product Manager within Radiation Oncology
• Project management experience, including operational management and delivery across multiple products or product lines
• In-depth understanding of radiation oncology workflows
• 3+ years of in-clinic, on-treatment experience
 
Preferred Experience:
• More than 5 years as a clinical physicist or dosimetrist using multiple Radformation products and multiple treatment planning systems
• 2 years of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) product management experience, including operational management and delivery
• Experience with online adaptive systems such as Varian Ethos, ViewRay MRIdian, Elekta Unity, or similar platforms
• Verification and/or validation testing management and completion
• Regulatory or Quality Management System experience, preferably with Matrix ALM
• Programming experience, specifically using C#
• Experience with project workflow software such as Jira
• Customer service experience

The salary range for this role is $150,000 – $200,000 USD base pay, plus eligibility for a company-based milestone bonus.
