What You’ll Do

  • Perform residential sewer camera inspections to identify drain and sewer issues
  • Clearly explain camera findings and recommended solutions to homeowners
  • Identify opportunities for sewer repairs, replacements, excavation, and other appropriate solutions
  • Build trust with homeowners through honest recommendations and strong communication
  • Present options, answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Accurately document findings, recommendations, and customer information
  • Troubleshoot residential drain and sewer issues
  • Safely operate sewer cameras and other related tools and equipment
  • Work closely with our plumbing and drain teams to ensure a great customer experience from inspection through completion

What We’re Looking For

  • Residential drain, sewer, or plumbing experience is REQUIRED
  • Previous in-home sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience operating and interpreting sewer camera equipment
  • Strong understanding of residential drain and sewer systems
  • Plumbing license is a BIG plus
  • Proven ability to communicate technical issues in a way homeowners can easily understand
  • Comfortable recommending solutions and asking for the sale
  • Self-motivated and driven by performance and results
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening
