The Role

As a Dual Sales Manager (Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn Suites – Austin NW), you will generate revenue for two hotel properties by developing and maintaining client relationships, securing new business, and supporting sales strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth. You will focus on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach while collaborating with hotel leadership teams to achieve shared business goals across both properties.

What You Will Be Doing
· Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach for both hotel locations.

· Manage existing accounts and build long-term client relationships that support revenue growth across the portfolio.

· Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings and negotiated business.

· Conduct property tours and represent both hotels to prospective clients.

· Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful execution of group bookings, events, and guest experiences.

· Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue opportunities for both properties.

· Maintain accurate sales records, account information, forecasting, and reporting.

· Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and marketing initiatives.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

· Meet or exceed individual and portfolio sales goals.

Qualifications

What Makes You You
·  Previous hotel sales experience required; multi-property or dual-property sales experience preferred

· Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

· Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support more than one property effectively

· Experience prospecting, developing new business, and growing existing accounts

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

· Proficiency with sales systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications preferred

· Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as needed
