We are seeking a Dynamics 365 PO/CE Engineer to support the implementation and continued evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Customer Experience modules. This role will serve as a primary technical resource for PO/CE and its underlying technology platform, including Dynamics 365 PO/CE, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our enterprise systems and data platforms.


The position will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to administer the platform, support integrations, resolve technical issues, and deliver new capabilities through configuration and development. This Opportunity:

•             Provide implementation support and ongoing technical administration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and related Customer Engagement applications.

•             Configure and maintain Dataverse tables, forms, views, model-driven applications, business rules, workflows, and other platform components.

•             Develop platform enhancements using Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, JavaScript, APIs, and other applicable Microsoft technologies.

•             Implement new capabilities through out-of-the-box configuration, custom development, or coordination with technology partners.

•             Administer application security, including users, teams, business units, security roles, and access permissions.

•             Support integrations between Project Operations, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and other enterprise applications.

•             Diagnose and resolve application, configuration, data, security, integration, and performance issues.

•             Manage Power Platform solutions and deployments across development, testing, and production environments using established ALM practices.

•             Support Microsoft product updates, regression testing, release management, and production validation.

•             Develop and maintain technical designs, configuration records, operating procedures, and system administration documentation.

•             Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable and maintainable solutions.

•             Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.

•             Cross-train with other ERP technical resources and provide secondary support for adjacent Dynamics 365 technologies.

Essential Qualifications:

•         Demonstrated technical experience administering, configuring, developing, or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 PO/CE, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Platform.

•             Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

•             Experience configuring and extending Dataverse and model-driven Power Apps.

•             Experience with Power Automate and applicable Dynamics 365 development technologies, such as plugins, C#, JavaScript, APIs, or custom connectors.

•             Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform security administration.

•             Experience supporting application integrations and resolving cross-system data or processing issues.

•             Experience with Power Platform ALM, including solution management, environment variables, connection references, source control, testing, and multi-environment deployments.

•             Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.

•             Ability to work independently, collaborate with team members, and take ownership of complex technical issues.

•             Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:


•             Experience with an integrated deployment of Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

•             Experience with Project Operations capabilities such as project setup, contracts, staffing, scheduling, time and expense, billing, and resource management.

•             Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dual-write, Azure integration services, or other Microsoft integration technologies.

•             Experience supporting ERP applications within an AEC or professional services organization.

•             Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or other certifications related to Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, or Azure.

•             Agile software development lifecycle experience and familiarity with Azure DevOps.

•             Membership and active participation in relevant industry organizations.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $110,000 and $150,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
