The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role: 

 Justrite is seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Channel Marketing Manager to lead the identification, launch, and growth of our partner ecommerce channels (excluding Amazon, North America). This role will own channel strategy and execution, driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and strengthening our digital presence across key distributors and marketplace partners. 

Including: 

  • Develop and implement channel-specific strategies to drive sales, margin, and conversion across multiple ecommerce partners. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Brand, Merchandising, Supply Chain) to align growth initiatives, program execution, and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Manage relationships with online distribution partners to optimize content, promotions, and brand positioning.

About the Team: 

Our ECommerce team is at the forefront of driving digital growth and creating seamless online experiences for our customers. We manage and optimize our online platforms, digital marketing initiatives, and marketplace partnerships to ensure our products are accessible whenever and wherever customers shop. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, innovation, and collaboration, the team works across functions to enhance the customer journey, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable business results. Always forward-looking, the E-Commerce team plays a critical role in shaping our digital strategy and positioning us for long-term success in an evolving marketplace. 

What You’ll Do at Justrite: 

  • Develop and implement channel-specific strategies to drive sales, margin, and conversion across multiple ecommerce partners. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Brand, Merchandising, Supply Chain) to align growth initiatives, program execution, and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Manage relationships with online distribution partners to optimize content, promotions, and brand positioning. 
  • Build promotional calendars, retail media strategies, and advertising budgets to maximize ROI and partner engagement. 
  • Conduct competitive research and category analysis to uncover whitespace opportunities, identify high-velocity listings, and guide channel expansion. 
  • Partner with marketing to develop and execute paid media campaigns, SEO/SEM, and personalization initiatives that enhance visibility and conversion. 
  • Monitor performance through dashboards and analytics tools, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership. 
  • Stay current on ecommerce industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform strategies and unlock new revenue streams. 
  • Lead strategic planning for both near-term execution and long-term (3-year horizon) channel growth.  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

  • Sales Growth: Comp Sales in Shipments and Customer POS to Target and LY 
  • Merchandising Effectiveness: Improvement in Content Scores and SEO 
  • Promotional Planning: Develop customer-level promotional strategy while avoiding channel conflict.  Forecast and measure results. 
  • Digital Engagement: Metrics on digital marketing efforts, such as glance views, CVR, Ad CVR,  RoAS (where applicable) 

    Your Skills and Expertise: 

    To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred  
    • A minimum of 5+ years’ previous experience in ECommerce Marketing; distributor channel experience a plus 
    • Proven ability to assess Ecommerce business and develop a marketing/merchandising strategy to drive growth 
    • Capable of managing upwards of 10+ accounts  
    • Up to 25% travel 

    Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with customers and internal partners 
    • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, PIM, DAM, Commerce platforms as well as other marketing tools 

    Compensation: 

    The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000. 

    Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.   Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
