About Us

At Dinepalace, we are dedicated to empowering local businesses and modern hospitality environments by providing them with robust digital marketplaces, custom web solutions, and direct-to-consumer ordering systems. Alongside our restaurant SaaS and marketing innovations, we supply the physical infrastructure—including hardware, POS terminals, and tech accessories—that businesses need to thrive.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven E-Commerce Sales Executive to manage and scale our online sales operations for printers, tablets, and computer accessories.

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with Zoho e-commerce and multi-platform sales environments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle online—from optimized listings to multi-channel distribution—while collaborating closely with the Marketing Department to design high-impact promotions that drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Multi-Platform Catalog Management: Upload, list, and maintain accurate, high-converting product listings for printers, POS systems, tablets, and accessories across Zoho e-commerce and various other digital marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, or company websites).
  • Listing Optimization: Utilize e-commerce SEO best practices (keyword optimization, compelling titles, clear specifications, and high-quality imagery) to maximize product visibility and search rankings.
  • Sales & Promotion Collaboration: Partner closely with the Marketing Department to plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns, seasonal deals, and sales strategies aimed at boosting conversion rates and hitting revenue targets.
  • Cross-Channel Distribution: Manage and drive sales volume across diverse e-commerce platforms, ensuring cohesive pricing, inventory synchronization, and brand messaging.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day storefront operations, including real-time inventory updates, strategic pricing adjustments, and coordinating order-tracking support.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging demands within the tech, POS, and computer accessory sectors.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Platform Expertise: Proven experience working with Zoho e-commerce and managing product catalogs on major e-commerce platforms.
  • Tech Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of Printers, POS systems, Tablets, and computer accessories is highly preferred.
  • E-Commerce SEO: Deep understanding of product indexing, keyword research, and metadata optimization to drive organic traffic.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills with a track record of working alongside Marketing teams to execute successful sales promotions.
  • Multi-Channel Sales: Experience navigating and selling through various online platforms simultaneously.
  • Analytical Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking, stock management, and sales reporting.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be fully available and comfortable working aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Benefits & Perks
  • 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home, saving time and money on daily commutes.
  • Career Growth & Upskilling: Opportunities to take ownership of expanding digital channels, with access to professional development in e-commerce and marketing technologies.
  • Dynamic Global Culture: Work alongside a collaborative, diverse team of innovators passionate about tech and digital commerce.

What We're Looking For

We want a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a target-driven environment. You should be adept at juggling multiple product lines, passionate about driving online sales growth, and seamless at collaborating across departments to turn traffic into revenue.
