What you will do

This is a strategic hybrid role that blends platform stewardship, product thinking, and agile delivery to support Kenvue’s transformation into a digitally intelligent, insight-driven enterprise. As the Platform Owner of our portfolio of Enterprise Architecture (EA) products, you will be the go-to expert for our LeanIX, and Snowflake-based EA products including TRC, APM, Pathfinder, and Tech360—ensuring these products are accurate, scalable, and continuously delivering value. You’ll also act as a first-hand partner to the Senior Product Manager, helping shape product strategy, drive execution, and enable stakeholder success. Your key responsibilities including but not limited to

  • Platform Ownership & Technical Leadership
    • Own and manage the LeanIX platform and its EA products end-to-end.
    • Ensure data integrity, taxonomy consistency, and lifecycle accuracy across all components.
    • Build and maintain dashboards, views, and metadata models that support enterprise-wide decision-making.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business teams to evolve platform capabilities and ensure alignment with EA principles.
  • Product Analysis & Agile Execution
    • Partner with the Senior Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
    • Translate business needs into actionable user stories, workflows, and requirements.
    • Create wireframes, mockups, and design flows to support feature development.
    • Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives.
    • Manage Jira boards and ensure backlog clarity, prioritization, and traceability.
    • Track progress, identify risks, and support cross-functional collaboration.
    • Own release documentation, stakeholder communication, and feedback loops.
  • Strategic Enablement & Adoption
    • Drive platform adoption through training, demos, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Guide business discussions on capability advancement, modernization, and emerging tech (AI, IA, automation).
    • Continuously improve user experience and aim for high NPS and engagement metrics.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideally with focus in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data or Engineering).
  • 4–5 years of experience in product management, platform ownership, or business analysis with a consistent track record of success operating in a complex, ambiguous, dynamic environment.
  • Experience and understanding of architectural frameworks, enterprise architecture concepts, and disciplines along with hands-on experience with LeanIX, Service Now or similar EA platforms.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Experience with Jira in managing roadmaps, kanban boards, epics, stories, and more to drive execution with and for product teams.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, workflows, and user journeys.
  • Hands on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
  • Self-starter: able to identify, initiate, prioritize, and complete assignments with little to no supervision
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and learning agility.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in a global hybrid work environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and EA product suite, including APM, TRM, CMDB.
  • Technical experience with ServiceNow, Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, PowerBI, Automation and AI/ML tools. 
  • Exposure to LeanIX and its advanced modules (e.g., Application Portfolio Intelligence, SaaS Discovery) would be a plus.
  • Certification in Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner) or EA frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate) would be a plus.
  • Experience in stakeholder-facing roles with a focus on adoption and change management.
  • Previous experience as product owner for architecture products or applications.
  • Considerable experience working on large scale, enterprise-wide initiatives and transformational programs.
