We have hub cities in Dallas, Houston, Denver, Chicago & Toronto. However, we also operate under the “work from home” concept. This allows us to have a fluid, non-traditional and relaxed culture while still having avenues in place to collaborate as a team.
Who?
- Recent college grads with a bachelor’s/master’s relevant degree
What?
- Early careers full time rotational program focused on developing core competencies in consulting
When?
- Two start dates per year (Jan & Summer)
- Program duration – 1 year
Where?
- Participants must live in a Hub city (Houston, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Toronto)
How?
- One week onboarding in-person in Dallas/Houston
- Monthly in-person office hours in Hub city
- Weekly check-ins with rotational manager
- Monthly check-ins with program manager
- Quarterly in-person workshops in Dallas/Houston
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for US Hub cities
