Cloudflare's Internship Program places curious and high-achieving students onto our teams to work on real-world projects. This is a 12-week, full-time spring internship based in our Lisbon office. You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact, learn from industry experts, and contribute to our mission, all while being a key part of our vibrant and collaborative culture. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, event management, and employer branding at a high-growth, global tech company.
What would you do?
As the Early Talent Programs Intern, you will be a vital member of the University & Early Talent team. You will take ownership of our "Life @ Cloudflare" brand. Your goal is to ship a comprehensive library of content by the end of your internship, to be used for our long-term branding efforts. This includes:
  • Developing a content plan focused on digital storytelling for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Creating and curating engaging content (videos, photos, employee spotlights) that showcases our employees and what it is truly like to work at Cloudflare.
  • Helping to grow our online presence to connect with our potential audiences.

You will also be a key partner in coordinating our early talent events. You will:
  • Support the team with the logistics for virtual and in-person recruiting events.
  • Take a lead coordination role on in-office meet-ups.

Desirable skills
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about connecting with people, creative, and exceptionally organized. You don't need to be a technical expert, but you should be curious about technology and excited about Cloudflare's mission.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a relevant field OR new grad (up to 6 months post graduation).
  • Available for a full-time 12 week internship based in Lisbon. Planned start date is January 12, 2026.
  • Event Planning: Demonstrated experience in organizing events (e.g., through student societies, clubs, or previous internships).
  • Creativity: Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and a knack for social media storytelling.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Logistics: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to commit to a 12-week, full-time spring internship in the Lisbon office.
