The Role:

Prime Team Agency is looking for an eCommerce Advertising Manager to develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising strategies across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, and Instacart.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll execute performance-driven strategies, analyze campaign results, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive measurable growth for our clients.

This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be US-based, as occasional travel may be needed for client meetings or industry events.

What You'll Do:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, Tiktok, Walmart, Target (Criteo/RMS), and Instacart

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve KPIs, including ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, CVR, and CTR

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure advertising strategies align with business goals

  • Provide data-driven insights, optimizations, and clear performance reporting

  • Stay informed on platform updates, marketplace trends, and best practices

  • Support DSP campaign execution and analysis (Amazon DSP and other programmatic platforms)

  • Participate in client presentations and performance reviews, translating data into actionable recommendations

  • Contribute to full-funnel and cross-channel advertising strategies

  • Travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of paid media or eCommerce advertising experience across marketplace and social commerce platforms

  • Proven success managing five- and six-figure ad budgets

  • Strong knowledge of marketplace ad platforms, including Amazon Ad Console and Walmart Ad Center

  • Familiarity with DSP platforms, including Amazon DSP and AMC

  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with tools such as Pacvue, Quartile, Perpetua, Skai, Helium 10, or DataHawk is a plus
