YETI is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, innovative, and creative marketer who can independently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a proactive and positive can-do attitude. This role will influence the design, planning, and reporting solutions for data-driven decision making. 

The CRM Email and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for tactical strategy, execution and reporting of outbound email and SMS campaigns for the US market. This role will report to the CRM and Email Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self‐starting, direct-to-consumer-focused marketer who has a passion for using email & SMS to create meaningful 1:1 consumer experiences, individually and at scale. You are naturally thorough and have a high attention to detail. You thrive in fast-paced environments with entrepreneurial DNA, and you’re comfortable charting new territory. You aren’t afraid to run with ideas and understand YETI’s consumers and how to serve them with content that helps drive education, interest, and conversion. 

Responsibilities 

  • Execute email and SMS campaigns including setup, QA, testing, tagging, and deployment

  • Maintain accurate campaign calendars and ensure cross-functional visibility

  • Conduct thorough pre‑send QA across devices, links, tracking, and rendering tools

  • Support A/B and multivariate testing for subject lines, creative, send times, and segmentation

  • Pull and organize topline performance data and support campaign reporting

  • Partner with MarTech, Creative, and eCommerce teams to deliver campaign requirements

  • Ensure audience accuracy and proper tracking parameters across all sends

  • Document learnings and assist in channel optimization initiatives

  • Support list growth tactics, preference center updates, and operational improvements

  • Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and timely execution

 
Qualifications 

● BA/BS in Online Marketing, Marketing Communications, related fields or equivalent combination of education and work experience  
● 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related fields 
● Hands-on experience with an enterprise level ESP (i.e. Braze, Bluecore, SFMC) 
● Knowledge of developing and executing email (HTML) and SMS marketing campaign strategies 
● Comfort collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders 
● Knowledgeable in CRM, customer analysis and reporting (Tableau, Segment, Google Analytics) 
● Attention to detail while able to grasp the big picture 
● Excellent written and verbal communicator 

● Empowered to independently and creatively problem solve to move a project forward 

● Positive, highly motivated self-starter
