The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.
The RoleThe Monad Foundation believes that cultivating a rich experience for founders and ecosystem participants is critical to the success of a truly decentralized network.
In this role, you will own the strategic vision for ecosystem activations and programming, shaping how the Monad ecosystem is represented through events, conferences and related initiatives. You will be responsible for setting intent, priorities and success criteria, partnering closely with the Ecosystem and Events team to guide focus and measure impact.
Create the ecosystem activations strategy, defining which programs and activations will best grow ecosystem strength and engagement globally.
Ideate, curate, and lead high impact ecosystem programming, including side events and conference programming, as well as curated gatherings, sector specific deep dives, intensives, and workshops.
Bring together key stakeholders by identifying and inviting thought leaders, industry experts, investors and founders to participate in programs and events.
Engage current builders and convert net-new builders, creating network effects between builders to grow the ecosystem as a whole.
Serve as the strategic liaison between ecosystem and events team – translating business objectives into actionable plans and identifying high-impact opportunities.
Define goals and success metrics for all activations, conducting post-activation analysis to refine future programming.
Own activation budgets and outcomes, ensuring execution delivers measurable results and strong ROI.

7+ years prior experience in ecosystem growth, business development or strategic programs; with at least 3+ years within the crypto industry
Deep network across builders, founders and investors
Proven track record of organizing exceptional events and programs.

You’re energized by responsibility and accountability.
Challenging problems. You’ll work on extremely challenging problems with massive impact.
Huge opportunity. The Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) standard is ubiquitous, but existing EVM-compatible chains are slow and bandwidth-constrained. Monad’s core innovations offer developers the best of both worlds (portability and performance) and are a game-changer for mass user adoption in crypto.
The right team. You’ll be part of an exceptional and highly-motivated team
Culture. We’re a lean team working together to achieve very ambitious goals. We are united in our culture of collaboration, low ego, and high-quality output. As an early member of our team, you’ll help continue to shape our culture.
