Paid per assignment

  • The EEO Specialist will prepare a draft FAD which discusses and analyzes all claims (accepted and dismissed claims) presented in the formal complaint, to include any amendments and/or consolidated complaints:
  • The analysis shall include all procedural and substantive issues presented and must conform to the following tasks:
    • Procedural History and Issues 
    • Statement of Facts, Background Issues
    • Applicable Law
    • Legal Analysis and Discussion
    • Conclusion, Relief, Appeal Rights, and Civil Action Notice

MUST HAVE:

PROOF OF CURRENT EEO CERTIFICATIONS
MASTERY LEVEL OF MICROSOFT OFFICE AND ADOBE
