Role Summary

The Eightfold.ai Consultant leads discovery, design, configuration, and rollout of Eightfold across recruiting, talent intelligence, and internal mobility. You will turn business goals into scalable workflows and enable recruiters and managers to get real value from day one.

What You Will Do

• Run discovery to map hiring and mobility goals to Eightfold capabilities including Talent Intelligence, Project Marketplace, and Skills

• Configure pipelines, campaigns, projects, screenings, assessments, and agent driven workflows that reduce time to slate and improve candidate experience

• Build reports and dashboards for leaders and recruiters, define success metrics, and set up ongoing measurement
• Lead change management and enablement sessions for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners; create playbooks, office hours, and job aids
• Advise on responsible AI guardrails, bias monitoring, explainability, and privacy to meet enterprise standards
• Support sales as needed: shape solution approaches, estimates, and SOW inputs; participate in orals and demos
• Mentor consultants, contribute reusable assets, and help mature The Groove’s Eightfold offering

What You Will Bring

• Three or more years in talent tech or HRIS consulting with hands on experience implementing or optimizing Eightfold or a comparable recruiting platform
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes, talent marketing, and internal mobility programs
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Talent and or HCM; comfort with data mapping, security, and testing
• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
• A practical approach to change management and user adoption that drives measurable results

Nice To Have

• Experience designing skills taxonomies and career frameworks
• Background in analytics or experimentation to prove value and improve funnels
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts such as automated screening, scheduling, and summarization

• Location is flexible within the United States with some client travel
• You will collaborate closely with The Groove’s Workday HCM and Recruiting teams to deliver end to end solutions
