Job Summary**
Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an Electrical professional to contribute to various projects. This role involves performing a range of electrical tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment.
Job Responsibilities**
* Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical systems and components according to blueprints, schematics, and relevant codes.
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and infrastructure.
* Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose faults, and implement effective solutions.
* Assist with the planning and layout of new electrical installations and modifications.
* Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with other team members and trades to ensure project completion.
* Document work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance electrical skills and knowledge.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
* Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
* Proficiency in using various electrical testing equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
