About the Role

Eden Tech is seeking an Electrical Engineer to build, install, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot the electronics, power systems, and instrumentation architecture of our Reverse Osmosis Centrifuge. This is a hands-on role requiring competent experience with industrial power electronics, motor drive systems, sensor integration, and wiring in demanding physical environments. You will design, build, and validate the electrical systems that make the ROC operate safely and reliably in the field.

What You Will Do

  • Design and integrate control electronics, power electronics, and motor drive systems for the ROC

  • Develop PCB layouts and schematics for signal conditioning, sensor interfaces, and safety circuits

  • Select and integrate VFDs, motor controllers, sensors, and instrumentation for high-speed rotating equipment

  • Design wiring harnesses, grounding schemes, and EMI/noise mitigation strategies for harsh industrial environments

  • Support prototype builds and pilot deployments with hands-on electrical assembly and troubleshooting

  • Define and execute electrical test plans; document results and drive design improvements

  • Ensure designs meet relevant safety and regulatory standards

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial electronics, power electronics, or controls engineering

  • Hands-on experience with PCB design (schematic capture and layout)

  • Familiarity with VFDs, motor controllers, and high-current power electronics

  • Strong understanding of EMI/noise mitigation, grounding, and signal conditioning

  • Experience designing for harsh operating environments (vibration, temperature extremes, dust, moisture)

  • Comfortable working across the full stack from circuit design to field installation

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Associates Degree in related field required

Nice to Have

  • Background in defense, avionics, or aerospace electronics (MIL-SPEC experience a strong plus)

  • Experience with rotating equipment or industrial machinery

  • Familiarity with oil and gas or water treatment applications
