We are currently helping hire for one of the leading AI labs (via one of our partners); supporting them in training their AI models.

Have you been curious about how LLMs generate expert-level answers and wanted to contribute to their development? There are important knowledge gaps in specialized fields like Electrical Engineering, and we need your expertise to help strengthen these models (and further advance human understanding in these areas).

What exactly would you do?

  • You’ll collaborate with research teams to identify and close knowledge gaps, improving AI model performance in the Electrical Engineering domain.
  • You will be designing and evaluating complex problems and solutions, while providing detailed, written feedback.

Requirements

🎓 Education: PhD in Electrical Engineering from a top US, UK, Canadian, or European university

💼 Work experience: 2+ years of academic (research/teaching) or professional (engineer, researcher, or scientist) experience

📝 Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in English

📍 Location: Remote (must be based in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe)

Benefits

💵 Compensation: $100 to $120 per hour

🕒 Time commitment: 15–20 hours per week (with potential to extend up to ~40)

Project duration: Minimum 1–2 months, with rolling extensions

🌍 Fully remote, asynchronous work providing flexibility and autonomy

📑 You will be engaged as an independent contractor and paid weekly via Stripe Connect
