Department Overview
A specialized engineering team dedicated to the design and development of premier digital two-way subscriber radios for the global mission-critical market.
Job Description

1. Leading the design and development of advanced LTE communication solutions tailored for mission-critical professional markets, serving global commercial, government, and industrial sectors.
2. Leveraged Modeling & Simulation software to validate designs and perform Digital Signal Integrity analysis in Cadence, ensuring performance optimization prior to PCB fabrication.
3. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Connectivity and Controller engineers to develop innovative LTE communication systems tailored to specific customer requirements.
4. The engineering team is responsible for the Connectivity and Controller circuitry. The Connectivity scope encompasses LTE, Wi-Fi, BT and GNSS integration, while the Controller scope includes the microprocessor, power management, audio, and peripheral subsystems.
5. Training and technical guidance will be provided as required by the project scope.


Basic Requirements

1. Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.
2. Proficiency in operating BT/WiFi/GNSS/LTE and controller measurement instrumentation is required, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and standard power supplies/multimeters.
3. Prior experience or a strong technical understanding of LTE, Wi-Fi, BT, GNSS and controller-related subsystems is highly desirable and will be considered a distinct advantage.
4. Experience with Qualcomm-based architectures is highly desirable and will be an added advantage.
